And we're back in the blog!

Blogging is in in my top 5 list for things to do in 2011.  And as I sit here feeling very smug with myself that I have finally re-started this blog, I then  think of all of the other personal challenges I have set for this year!  *ahem* moving swiftly on....

This blog post has been a long time in coming, as for our blog this is it's second reincarnation.  One thing leads to another, and like so many tasks, blogging has never been Urgent, but I know we have some Important things to blog about.  A major block to this blog kicking off has been striking the right mix between rant and rave, meaningful pearls of wisdom, and the excuses of  being very busy coaching and training.  I need to practice what we preach, when it comes to time stealers!

Our mission this year as ever, is to train, coach, and support as many people than ever before. Our philosophy  remains the same, with a side swerve to Death by Powerpoint, and a good old fashioned dollop of common sense, our team is absolutely passionate about making peoples lives easier, helping businesses run more smoothly.

Oh dear, reading that it sounds so twee, making 'lives easier', *humph* Yet, without BSing you,  I truly believe that our tools and techniques help, and not just in a business environment.  The feedback we get makes me so proud, and I know these skills are life skills, just as transferable to the scenarios we face with our children, parents and love one's.

The idea for this blog is to share  insights, tips, tools and techniques to be a better coach, trainer, leader or influencer.  Essential skills.  Along with my colleagues at evalu8d, we will share how we have personally applied the tools and techniques, with an insight into how we have fared.

This blog will be a light-hearted and honest look into the world, through the eyes of a training and coaching company.
